70% of possible risks are reduced
The evaluation of the properties rated with ImmoRisk as of mid-2024 shows that in the ImmoRisk benchmark, 70% of sustainability risks have already been reduced.
Conversely, there is still potential to reduce 30% of the risks, the highest of which is in resource consumption.

ESI becomes ImmoRisk
CCRS and Meta-Sys AG have mutually agreed to end their collaboration on the Economic Sustainability Indicator (ESI) and continue the product under a new name under the sole responsibility of Meta-Sys AG.
CCRS has made a significant contribution as a 'first mover' with ESI, for which we have the greatest appreciation. A resumption of cooperation at a later date is not ruled out.
